Enemies easier to kill them than interrogate?

More fundamentally, it shines a light on the politics of torture and the question of when and why torture becomes a problem for a certain section of society."

The second article documents how the Obama administration has authorized targeted killings more frequently than the George W. Bush administration did.

So I guess the idea here is that if you kill them, you don't have to deal with the messy bits about extracting potentially vital information.
