Check out this tiny house. In my neighborhood tons of houses have been remodeled in the last 10 years. And the families are smaller now than they used to be. The trend so far has been larger houses for fewer people. Maybe scaling back a bit would be a good thing. Maybe this is part of the simplicity movement that seems to be slowly catching steam.
