I was listening to Denis Prager today. He noted in an Obama speech that reflex jeers arose from the crowd at the mention of Exxon by Obama. Mr. Prager pointed out that Exxon made 39 billion in profits in the last year; they paid 28 billion dollars in taxes, more than the bottom 50% of all US tax payers. Does make me rethink my reflex distaste for capitalisms excess.
