Today kicks off the big Christmas shopping season. It is called black Friday because it is the day retail stores hope to start making a profit for the year. There are many online resources including coupons and advice for getting good deals on black Friday. Two online advice articles here and here caught my attention. On the other hand there is a group called Advent Conspiracy. They want to replace Christmas consumption with Christmas compassion. Seems like a thought with some merit.
